Horizon to furlough 40 pilots

Very sad about the dispatchers. It seems that they are trying to run the company as lean as possible. More CS are needed to to call people on days off at 5 am for premium pay. The class on Oct. 26th is going to end up being 23 recalls and 3 upgrades/requals (according to a buddy). All in the Q. They expect to have another class after the beginning of the year and hiring likely there after as many people are not coming back.

CS went from 26 to 17 three years ago and has not grown since.... New people are to replace those that have left due to high turn over as you can imagine.
