Horizon Air New Hire Question

Hey all,

The Pre-Training guide they sent me includes a bunch of flows they want me to memorize before class starts. Does anyone know if Horizon wants FO's to memorize Captain flows too?

Just memorize the FO flows. It helps a lot if you know the flows well before you go to the SPT.

O.K.-what does the S in SPT stand for? Its not static is it?

System Procedures Training. Its a cardboard cutout of the flight deck that we practice our flows on. Its pretty helpful, but some of the things are labeled wrong.
