Well are we going to get some Hope and Change tomorrow at the ASA ALPA meeting?

God I hope so!

Mmm Mmm Mmm

I also thought we needed a another thread.

Yeah, your Hope is that they don't read the "Deadbeat List" of those who are in Bad Standing, and the Change would be that you pay your bills instead of complaining about $7 in arrears!

$7 or $700--Bad Standing is Bad Standing. I guess your ballot want be counted! Now, start a thread on that!

It's won't. If ALPA doesn't change ways, there will be a lot more in bad standing.

You will be changing from health care to health gambling via:
"CDHPs for our employees, along with generous
contributions to your HSAs. This year begins SkyWest’s two-year strategy to ultimately provide only CDHP"

Chip

crickets chirping......sure got quiet here.....

Does Skywest have a yearly contribution to your HSA?
One time only, then you are on your own.
I am gonna bet this has operational consequences.

HSAs are a smart way to lower health costs. Small costs should be paid for out of pocket, and insurance should be reserved for the "big ticket" items. I have about $10,000 in my HSA that cost me about $6000 of my own money.

We could lower health costs by transitioning more to these type of plans....
