Does anyone have or know where I can find pay (compensation) history for SWA. Specifically back in the early years (’67-’68-ish) and the early-mid 80’s.

They didn't begin operations until the summer of '71.

'67, '68? "Will fly for weed, man."

Read the book "Nuts" It has all the SWA history you will need to know.

The book does not have pay or compensation history. RTFQ

Around 15 bucks per trip. Didn't matter how long it was. Override for longer than 55 minute flights came much later. 401k came in '85ish matching not til '88.
