I could be wrong, but I thought the TSA said that peoples genitalia would be blurred out on the monitors of the new scanners. Guess they can see everything on those things, even if you do have a small penis.

Wow, now that's harsh:

"The X-ray revealed [Negrin] has a small penis and co-workers made fun of him on a daily basis," according to the report.

An official report that "states" you have a small penis.

WTF would the report state this. I can understand if this quote was meant to be from the co-worker, but its just hilarious if the report actually states that this guy is "tiny."
