Just wanted to see if anyone knew any cheap way to get a high altitude signoff in the Midwest.
Easiest and cheapest way to get one is to find a local ATP that has his high altitude endoresement, and go buy him a beer in exchange for the signoff. ;)

I need to fly right? It isnt just ground I thought and I dont have a plane that meets the regs which I don't know off hand.

Not a bad idea at all...But make sure that the "ATP" is also a "CFI" or else the endorsement isn't valid. (Unless you are working for the same company as he/she is, and you are receiving instruction in air transportation for that company).

Flyboyzz??? Isn't that the name of the gay aerobatic team at U of I?

GLASS Simulations says they can give you the high alt sign off in their sim...they're out of ARR....Mark and I are going on Wednesday

Because I work the final days of the airline. If they're open Sunday, I might be able to go then. I work afternoons.
I was going just to get IFR current.

When are you going back? Maybe I'll swing by 06C Saturday morning if you're working.
