Who's paying for the gas, airline employee or the pain in the a$$ paying customer???? Some of you may want to work a gate during weather or mechanical delays and see how your day goes!!! That gate agent is simply trying to get passengers to their final destination and out of their gate etc. as quickly and easily as possible. Sometimes you have to remember the big picture. Now blast away spoiled brat pilots!!!! Lol
