My widowed sister-in- law is moving back to the States from the Netherlands in September. She has booked a flight from BRU to ATL to MIA. Here is the problem. She has a couple of hours to go through customs in ATL to catch her flight to MIA. As you know, this could be a bit tight. However, add to that, she has to get her two dogs, and take the little sh!ts through customs, AND she is a stroke victim, who does not walk well, she has a problem. She called Delta to ask for assistence in getting herself and the dogs through customs. Basically, Delta told her that that was her problem.

HELLO? My question is, is there some sort of assistance that she can get from Delta?
