I read in USA TODAY yesterday that they were laying-off 3000 employees, 900 of which in PA.

That's because they're moving a lot of their operations to Montery Mexico. This is good for the flight department but all around bad for the American Laborer.
The Hershey Bar is now going to be called "The Great Mexican Chocolate Bar"
