Anybody knows the FAA phone number where you request a temporary FAX certificate to replace a lost liscence and medical?

Couldn't find it on the website and I'll be going to work in 2 days.

Thanks

Thanks,

I filled out the e-mail request. It amazes me how things have changed on the FAA services!

Me too

I have misplaced my Commercial certificate. And have filled out the online request which says it will take 2 weeks to arrive. Is there anything I can do to get a temporary certificate until it gets here. I need it by Friday.

Maybe a flight standards district office?

Help!

Go to your FSDO and ask for help. They can call the registry and have a copy faxed to them. You can call them yourself but they may want some proof of who you are.

Try this web site. Don'y know how it will work but give it a try.
http://registry.faa.gov website for after hours assistance.

Once on the website:

click on: Airman Certification
click on: Replacement Certificate Form
click on: Establish Account and follow the prompts

You will be able to print a replacement certificate right from this web site. Please call 866-878-2498 with any questions.
