Does anyone know how to get a visa expideted? Is there a company that can push paper work through. My brothers wife is not a US citizen and they are planning to move back to the states. She is having a problem getting a visa. Thanks

Visa's are tight and not as easy to get as they once were. I would contact the US State Department or a US Embassy in the country in which they live and go from there.

Yeah, most companies like that offer great service for 'citizens' needing expedited passport or visa services. However, she is not a resident nor a citizen, and obviously does not have a green card. And obviously can't enter the country simply based on her marriage. I believe she has to play by a different set of rules.

get an immigration attorney....they're usually not too expensive, but they'll be your best bet at getting all the paperwork done properly.......

tell your bro to bring her in just as a tourist-not mentioning anything about being married. Once in the states they can go to the INS-or whatever it's called now and say that they are married and need to change her status. It's our rights as US citizens to marry who we want. They have to process her and she can stay here while waiting for the legal alien card. Most important thing is to just get her in the states first. My wife is from japan so I've been through this.
Good luck
