Well, they seem to vary a little based on each company's viewpoint, but normally they want either 2500/3000 TT helo, don't care about fixed-wing, want 1500/200 PIC helo, at least 1000 turbine, and then want instrument mins, some are starting to look for NVG time, etc. Even in the mil. it takes a while to get that kind of time---maybe now it's better (worse?) cuz of the sandbox, but that's a lot of helo time---we only averaged about 250/yr when i was in USMC.
