Hello, I am new to the forum here and thought I would say Hi and introduce myself.

My name is Mark and I live and fly in Sioux Falls SD.

I have flown cargo in 310/402's and now fly a KA-200 for a local hospital.

Anyway this is me in a nutshell.

Bienvenidos.

Sioux Falls looks like an interesting area. Have a few friends from around there, however they are not in aviation, so it doesn't really matter. :)

A word of caution. The only two topics that won't get you flamed around here are

1. aviation...

2. and barbeque.

And that's if you're lucky!:D

By the way, what kind of bbq is your favorite? Where? And how do we get some?

Welcome!

Welcome Vetteracer.

MMMM...BBQ. Gonna grill some baby back ribs today. I prefer some mesquite wood (or hickory) soaked overnight in saltwater (to make it smoke, not burn) in the coals for that added touch.

however they are not in aviation, so it doesn't really matter
- haha, that's true...those people are wierd!!

New BBQ

I hear Gumby got himself one of those new Weber grills just for the big weekend. Should be smokin' up a storm right about now with a cooler of cold ones right beside it, no doubt.
Big question is, WHERE IS MY FUKIN' INVITE!!!!

Karma's a bitch man!!! I might have to be re-thinking about putting in that good word ol' buddy;) :D .

Weber makes some nice grills. Their 20 dollar "smokey joe" is almost small enough for an overnight bag.

Speaking of BBQ, and Mesquite, I was in ABI recently, and FBO says go to this place. I don't remember the name, but I'm telling you it was the BEST, I MEAN THE BEST Mesquite smoked steak I ever had.
If you are ever over that way, find an excuse to land at ABI, and go get some. It's worth the price of fuel
