Does anyone have information on the HEB flight department? Any help is appreciated>

I tried a couple months back to get some info from one of their Pilots ( he's a son of a friends friend ya know ) and the feedback I got third hand was that " it's staffed and no forseeable changes for probably a few years ".
Maybe I got this type of response just because I don't know anyone there personally, or maybe it's really a great company to fly for so nobody leaves until retirement.
