Vision is from a low of -$7.04 per month for just the employee to employee+ family of -$23.68
In terms of claim coverage...nothing is easy in this world & getting claims in my opinion is one of those things. It can be done & I have had some still bills with ACL surgery for kids & the like...there is an annual deductible for a family of $300, a copay of up to 15% (in network doctor) to 25% (out of network doctor) up to a maximum of I believe of $10000 for a year, then after that it is paid out to 100%...again the details I'm a little fuzzy on but it can be confusing...for military retirees find a doctor that honors both UnitedHealthcare & Tricare...at least they'll submit both bills at the same time!!!
