Just had a question come up from a friend of mine whose prospective employer is looking to pick up a copy of his prior airline's Hazardous Materials, Emergency Training and International Procedures Course completion documents. His last airline didn't provide physical copies of the above to the pilot himself, but presumably kept them in his training record. Since these aren't part of the usual PRIA/FOIA stuff, he was wondering if I knew anyone who'd had these records released from a past employer.

Any thoughts?

irrelevant, the new employer is responsible for the training from day one, can't rely on another company to do the work.
