Hawker 800XP Captain Pay

Anyone have an idea of what Hawker 800XP Captain pay should be for an Executive Jet Management account in the Mid-West.

Any info on pay or benefits of EJM would help.

Captain out of the NYC area making 85k, Part 135. Mid range from what I've seen. Always ask for more than you think you can get if you are worth it.

I know EJM pays the FOs 75k for a Falcon 2000. I was told someone was recently low balled in OH as a FO at 55k. Part 91 FO in an 800XP with company paid type in VA starts at 90k for one Fortune 200 company, 60k for another. The lower one being near the beach.

These numbers really don't apply to this forum since they are for part 91 operators (except for EJM). I didn't notice this was a charter section. Sorry for the confusion!

I fly Part 135 on a 800A and I make 80k base out of PBI as a first year Capt., I also get per diem but that is seperate. Health and dental paid 100% for me but nothing for family, two weeks vacation, no 401k. Seems to be pretty standard out of South Florida. A non typed FO starts at 45k and the company pays for his type (your pay goes to 55k after your first year). If you come to the company with a type as an FO you start at 55K.

fyi...they just posted that TEB CL604 position open again today.

The opening is probably in cincinnati but has been taken off the board for now. the benefits at ejm are top notch. They are the exact same as netjets.
