NJA has at least one in an experimental category that I've seen doing demos. Might find one of them on the frax board.

There is a 4000 in NJA colors but it is not a NJA airplane. It was suppose to be our first plane but it has yet to arrive and is flying around the country doing demos and being flown by HBC crews.

Flew it today. 12 minutes from takeoff to FL350 and .83M (with a level off that I blew right threw...)

You can't even compare this airplane to the Sovereign, it's in a whole different class.

How about 2 packs? 4 independent generators available up to FL350? Autothrottles? Outclimbs a Challenger 300? Walk through baggage? Turns around in less space than a Lear 45?

I was impressed. Hope the boss liked it as much as I did!

Doubt it as it's much smaller than the CL300 and G200(10 inches narrower at centerline and 13 narrower at the floor). That's a lot of room to give up for a 7 hour airplane. Have heard it's a horse in performance, however.

I will take my Sovereign at Max Gross Weight 5000PA at 77 Degrees and use less than 5000 ft. Hawker 4000 needs at least 8000 feet. Thats Performance.. Oh and the range is the same...I'll take my Sovereign with a Vref of 100...

I'm a CL30 guy and have to say that the 4000 could give the 300 a run for it money if it has the reliability of the 300. The 4000 has some things from a pilots standpoint that are really nice, IRU's, autothrottles and an overal move advanced cockpit. Of course the owner usually makes the decision so a smaller cabin is going to be a negative. In my opinion reliability is going to prove if it is a sucess. It may be a performer but if it's a maintance pig the 300 is going to win everyday.

Oh and the Citation isn't in the same class in my opinion. The Challenger 300, Falcon 2000, G200 and 4000 are in a class of their own.

How many Hawker 4000s has Netjets ordered for the US and Europe operations? When will we actually see them on the line beyond the demonstrator - any estimates?
