According to the Boeing site, yes (probably). http://www.boeing.com/commercial/737family/technical.html

The 737-800 with a full load of 2-class pax (162) can go Boston to London and Paris. It will almost make Berlin so I'm guessing departing JFK to London would be at the max, but not impossible.
 
Going over there is the easy part.

The real question is coming back with the winter winds. That i doubt.
 
I didnt know the 738 was certified for ETOPS

ATA's -800's are. Doing west coast to OGG/HNL as I speak.
