Excuse my ignorance on this but, with all these talks of regionals voting on getting additional larger aircraft for little or no more money has a pilot group ever voted no to this? The PSA thing for example. Lets not bring up the AWAC thing with united that is different in my opinion as that was not additional flying. Ya I know about the B-scale thing over there too, not exactally the same thing either as there was no confirmed additional flying for that.

The ASA pilots said no to a contract extension for "additional aircraft".

I'm all for fighting the good fight however is a contract extension not better than what is currently being offered? Sometimes you have to know when to hold em and when to fold em. True you got the growth regardless however that was not really a paycut. More like a pay freeze since you keep your current rate. Had the extension been signed perhaps there would be more job security at ASA? An extension seems fair to me. What is the company currently offering? Is a TA far from being complete?
