When he was lobbying for age 65, I told him he needed to retire to his farm. He signed up for 60 and that was all he was entitled to. When we flew together on the '9 I made fun of his playing in the army band. He did not play the harmonica on either of the trips I flew with him. I also only called him by his given name of Mike, never by his own conceived nickname. I was not disrespectful, I just let him know I wasn't buying what he was selling. We had/have a few captains here that would apply to and they weren't all scabs.

As PCL said, pros can fly with anyone doing the job right, but I'm proud of the guys that shut that harmonica down

It's painful if you aren't a scab- like most behavior, it's painted worse when a scab does it
