I agree with both using terror as their tactics... The only difference is that we support one side.

one of the main reasons towel heads hate us.

Swass,

The avatar fits you well.. Some think better when they keep their head in their a$$. Keep slurping that kool aid and no I won't be making a run in the cardiology field anytime soon but thanks for the thought.

I think it's funny that you always seem to talk about how you could've been a cardio surgeon ( I recall reading a post you wrote ). You would've been a great surgeon, you already have the pompass attitude for it and that holier than though, superior tone. Dude, you missed your calling. Oh well.

Anyone notice that thuis Hamas guy had a small role in "Young Frankenstein," back in 1975?

Have you seen a picture of him?

No, but he played Saruman in Lord of the Rings.

this stupid babble of how sharon is a terrorist and that they are both terrorist states are crap, so while were at it we might as well indight the U.S. for causing allot of ruckus in Afghanistan and Iraq, now ofcourse since WE are defending ourselves it's O.K. but god forbid israel do the same thing, no no no let em sit there and take it up the tailpipe.

HAHA, typical uninformed American. Shame.

Hey, don't get me wrong...I think we should turn the whole place to glass. What I’m trying to say is it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if one “accidentally” got away from us and tagged Sharon….would sort of solve this whole “Mid-East Crisis” as we know it.

If only it were that easy....Killing Sharon won't end it either. It ain't ever gonna end...not at the hands of men anyway.

Don't get me wrong....this is a good post, but I think that it will end at the hands of men and the end and it's aftermath will only seem biblical.

The problem is that most people are too one sided and don't see the big picture. Just because our government endorses something does not make it right. Don't get me wrong, as a military dude I don't hesitate in going out and taking care of business but I ,along with my buddies, see and analyze what's going on.
Its sad how the media is used as a tool rather than its original intent. People need to have a critical eye and ask themselves why things are happening... Maybe we should all be required, in order to graduate high school, to make trip to a third world country for a month.

Outstanding suggestion! Having spent some time in several Middle Eastern and Central American countries that would qualify, I strongly support this idea.

Preferably one that is under Islamic religious rule. I think seeing religious police beating someone bloody for spitting on the sidewalk, or not wearing modest enough clothing would really give some folks some perspective.

Well, I'm a quite well-informed American who has visited both Israel (4 times over the past 17 years) and Jordan. Sharon is a hard-liner and he's in power because the doves had their go at it and the result was more anti-Israel terrorism. You trivialize the situation by equating Sharon's actions to defend Israeli lives with Palestinian actions to murder them. I guarantee you that if America had an enemy in our midst as serious as the enemies of Israel you'd change your tune 100%.

The saddest part is that the Palestinians themselves are pawns of the Arab and Muslim governments that fund the radical groups. Arab denizens of Palestine have been kept in squalid refugee camps since 1949 by Arab countries just so they can sway the world into thinking that Israel is keeping them there. Just as many today admire Hitler for his leadership qualities, many like you take side with Arab terrorists because you've bought into their propaganda.

I cannot tell you how many bets I have won on this one. I would bet that 98 out of 100 Americans have no idea where most of the "refugee camps" are located and just how many Arab nations have denied Arabs who lived in Palestine citizenship in their countries. Makes having an Egyptian in charge of the whole thing make sense.
