How does someone go about contacting an Air Guard unit for a pilot slot without getting the runaround? I know they probably get calls everyday from people that would like to try, but I heard half the battle is talking to the right people. Are they slotting more people nowadays, and how long does it take to get a go light once you start the paperwork? Thanks
