Actually, the cost to RVSM a Falcon 20 (what Grand Air has) is $150-$200K, which is a lot less than the planes are worth.
I haven't heard if Grand AIr is once again flying the Falcons, after their 2 crashes, or not. I also don't know if they're flying at all.
RVSM is scheduled to come into effect Dec, 2005 (about 1/5 yrs from now), and it takes up to 2 months to complete the RVSM work.
I've heard that it will be almost cost prohibitive to RVSM the -20 series Lears. Will all of the -20 series be grounded?

PS-I just looked at the website mentioned above, and I didn't see any of Grand Air's Falcons for sale. Maybe I looked in the wrong place???
