Anyone heard the call sign "Gotham" on the radio lately on the East Coast.

I heard it just today up in the NorthEast and don't believe it is military. For one, the were on the VHF. I know, military uses VHF on occasion, but after "Gotham 15" (I think it was) checked on, the controller responed with a very confused sounding "Golf Tango Hotel 15?". You could tell that even the controller wasn't for sure who it was. At least a new call sign in the system.

GTH is the 3 letter ID and the callsign is "Gotham"... Company is Meridian Air Charter out of TEB

It's kinda of cute to have a call sign that references a magical marvel comic book city. Gotham City was a very turbulent city with constant coruption and turmoil.
