You are right, I just figured that NYC was the easy answer. They can have corporate HQ in TEB and maybe they could just open up a pilot base in NEW then.

The only reason I would consider NEW over TEB is that after that small windstorm they had, the cops were looting Walmart IN UNIFORM! That just amazes me.
