Yeah, I'll strike. But I gotta problem with signing this thing. Take out the "such time as they deem it prudent and advisable". That $hit bit me in the a$$ last time. Take your "prudent and advisable" and shove it up your "prudent and advisable", national arse-kissin, pansy, lilly-white, yes-man, uncle-tom, I'm out for myself a$$, Mr. XJ-MEC.

Let's not RELOAD this gun if we ain't gonna shoot it. Taking them bullets out is a real waste of time. Love hearing how we ain't got b@lls.

We won't strike. It's an exercise in futility. The judge will most likely prevent it, yeah...yeah....I know what the PREVIOUS delta judge said - funny how she isn't on that case anymore.....hmmmmm.
It's damage control from here on in, and if you don't like how the chips fall, you can always quit - that's the message from mngt and soon they'll have the backing of a judge.

well if I am correct, Delta and NW rulings are due before XJ. you'll know then if a strike is "legal" good luck guys.

Even if the judge doesn't prevent it, the MEC won't go for it. When the deck was in our favor we came up short of a contract to be "right in line with our peers."

Now the chips are down and the Avro boys ain't going to be flying no Slaabs.
