i would say that the one book i go to again and again for reference is the turbine pilot's flight manual. great book!

i also like the jepp books for brushing up on the basics. air inc also prints out pretty good info from time to time as someone else mentioned above.

the one book that seems to have collected the most dust on my bookshelf over the years is stick and rudder. i found it to be totally boring and i must be the only one that doesn't see what the big deal about it is...
