ALPA, eventually delivered the list to the company and they accepted it. ALPA is no longer on the property and the West have no mechanism for any meaningful representation or organization. ALPA has nothing to do with this anymore.

The only venue in which the West has a chance of being treated fairly is in Federal Court. Hence, the class action lawsuits against USAPA, the Company, and a handful of dumbasses that were stupid enough to sue the West as individuals well before USAPA was alive. That's why they're being sued as individuals...because they opened the door themselves.

This ariticle is very one sided and leaves out many facts and is also filled with half truths and inaccurate reporting. It was a complete waste of my time reading it.
