Oh, and as far as the comment, I could have landed my job without that entire sentence ever applying to me. You don't know my qualifications.

(This forum censors the name if spelled properly, and I highly doubt that knew of that effect. So replace the _ with an "e", and you get the point. So properly stated, it would be GoJ_t pilots, without the "s", hereafter reffered to as "GJ". And I think you are trying to use the term "to a Tee". Tea is drink, most commonly found in China. And, no, the term is very far from the truth. A little reasearch will tell you that. But, I have a feeling research is a foreign word to you. You would rather follow than lead. A leader would do his research and present a solution.

The GJ pilots are more than eager to treat others as others treat them. I have to tell you, what a great way work it all out! English is not even my first language and I found almost as many discrepancies with your writing as you did mine. Truthfully, I did not think this would get to the point of a spelling competition. The points made should have been the primary basis for discussion, but I guess you do not have any points to make. You would rather take the road of discontent and send out a string of whining remarks. If you truly have a passion for making a difference, you should take it up with the appropriate individuals, which would be management, not the pilots. This forum is not the place to reach management. And if you think management will not listen, then it is you that has been corrupted by management propaganda. There are ways to diplomatically handle issues like these, but what you are doing will only hurt you and those who act in concert with you.

I know the reasons why GJ had to pursue a separate certificate to grow Trans States Holdings. I know why Trans States Airlines could not accept the contracts that GJ has been given. I know why Trans States Airlines is prohibited by certain agreements from flying greater than 50 seat jets. I know why Trans States pilots are part of that agreement, and for that reason, those pilots have been offered the opportunity to go to GJ under new employment with longevity. These reasons are legitimate, but have not recieved a minute of discussion time on these lounges. Instead of discussing the reality behind the creation of GJ, you people have only taken the opportunity to campaign against it for reasons that you have dreamed up in an effort to make it an acceptable culprit. What a shame. An opportunity that will provide growth for a pilot group four times the size of Trans States Airlines and by its very nature "enhance families, lives, careers, opportunities and professions" by "maintaining decent wages and working conditions" should be praised. Good luck to you, and I hope I never find myself having to offer you a job out of pity for your poor choice of unity.
