I understand that nobody wants to be in court but coming from a legal background, what they did was completely wrong and they can be sued for a considerable amount of money.
First, unless in the initial contract you signed it boldy stated that you may not so as look for other employment, you may at any time. Second, you have a constitutional right that they are interfering with here.

Good luck with Jet Blue. I hope the story gets back to them soon and you get your call. If you are bull**CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**ting about this whole thing to get some sympathy about JetBlue...be careful.

He ain't....and he has not (and will not) contact anyone at JB about the matter simply so he doesn't appear to be a sob story.

He'll get through the PHC on his own merit or he'll got back to free lance and looking for another GIV job. He's very highly qualified and I'm sure will find something...
