Timebuilder, after all of the comments here, I can't believe you're still trying to put lipstick on this pig. I don't care if the responsible party was the CEO or the assistant janitor. Extrajet was WRONG and they will suffer for it. Anyone paying 6k an hour to fly expect total privacy, and its up to the company to make sure they get it. And you don't get to suspend the rules of decency, just because you don't like the passenger.
Do you mean Extrajet, or do you mean one or two individuals at Extrajet? If the offender is the owner, then I agree that he represents his company. As of yet, we don't know who is the offender, other than the one particular passenger
