Aug 31st 2009, that would be the next date we could look to managing any increase from this dismal RTA, three full years. I'm not buying nonsense about opening early and settling earlier.

I think the turn out will be lower than the last time. I am guessing 78-82%.

No. I have not talked with WU in a long while. TR keeps things pretty close to his chest as he should do. I was way off on the turn out. I just know a lot of people here at Gemini in different depts and a/c. It was just a calculated guess on my part from talking to different folks.
