I was on New York Center freq. on tuesday listening to another of my company's flights being put in a hold because of this unfortunate event (with sordid pics of a King Air that's seen better days):

Anyone know if this airplane was part of some flight training outfit? The article says it was a training flight, but not whose plane it was... Perhaps it was truly a private airplane, as the article states, but the article mentioned fears of a "gasoline spill", so I'm guessing the reporter doesn't know much about aviation.
