Any information on these 2 corps would be great. Fly the X now have almost 2000 hours in it. Willing to move for a good job. Thanks

I've heard mixed things about the GE Flight Department. Most of it has been negative. Not sure what the situation is, but I've heard they have some old-school "Sit Down, Shut Up" captains still around. This was a couple years ago, and maybe things are different.

Target!!

Well I currently fly for Flight Options and they own two full hawkers. They have some Sweet Citation X's. They facility is awsome. Super clean. Great people to fly. When we fly them we do a lot of short hops all day long. We will take them some where and sit for about an hour and then off to the next place to sit for another hour or so and so on. I don't imagine the X's do that. Would be a great place to work, but the winters are **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** cold. Based in MSP. They have a great saying on the side of the airplanes "Speed is Life." Hope this helps.

Well, that "speed is life" slogan/attitude cost them some $ in lightning strike damage. The boss was
in a hurry to get back to MSP after the indy 500 (and we all know how the wx was in indy that day). We
watched them leave and hoped for the best. A few hours later, the rest of the target people that we were taking
back to msp got a call on thier cell saying what a terrible ride it was in the TSRA+. Needless to say, our people were glad we waited it out!

When we got to msp, we checked out the damage. There were 17 exit holes from the lightning, and the nose was fried.

Not sure if it this way or not, but rumor was you had to be ex military. Can't remeber which way it goes; Navy for Target and Airforce for Cargill or vice versa.

I also beg to differ regarding the GE post...

I am always amazed at some of the stuff that gets posted here!!

oh well, it is the internet..

Hey, its what I've heard. I never said I had this information first hand.

I have a very close buddy of mine at GE. He loves the people. The pilots and the operation are top knotch. Very professional.

Down side. They fly alot, 18 day months. Low starting salery for FO's.
