Seems that Gary so gross and toll booth Willie are gone. Yea they are still at ASA but it seems that neither have roles that are to important. But I still vote yes.....

Subject:
[/FONT]Changes in Crew Resources leadership As we work to improve our operation and prepare for future challenges and opportunities, leadership shifts often are needed. Such shifts are happening in the Crew Resources area.
Effective immediately, Crew Resources Director Gary Gross will transition to the People department to support the Labor Relations area as manager – Labor Relations. Gary has been a valuable part of the company’s negotiating team for the ALPA and AFA contracts since 2002.
Crew Planning Manager Willie Harris will move to other duties within the company and Process Engineer Kevin Watts will replace him as interim manager of Crew Planning. Kevin has spent more than a year studying the process of building crewmember lines and schedules from an engineering perspective. As a current CRJ200 first officer, Kevin also brings a valuable crewmember point of view to the program.
The Crew Pay group will transition from the OCC to the People department, and Crew Pay Manager Mark Peterson now will report Terry Hayes, director – Human Resources & Labor Relations. Flight Data Analysis will stay within the Operations Control and Reliability group led by Steve Stricklin.
Please offer these leaders your continued support as we move forward.

There's a contradiction if I've ever heard one. Gary Gross and Labor relations. Go together like oil and water.

Hopefully Kevin can cut through the BS and all the restrictions that all the different dept's want in schedules. There's a fine line in making all the groups happy with the trips at ASA. Good Luck to him.

Got to tip my hat to Charlie on this one. He knew how unhappy we were about the recent lines and did something about it. Can't say I'll miss Willie. See YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Can't wait to see what the lines look like come March. I'm sick of having 50-60 3 days and 250+ "relief-esqe" lines. How you go from 250 3 day trips in the summer to 50 now with all the other trips being nothing but crap is beyond me. Hopefully better lines are yet to come.

Hey Willie, lav dumps front and back, Spot 33...Thanks!!!!!

Drew, Chuck, Randy, and Willie gone. All good moves in my opinion. Does SKYW get any credit or are we going to continue with our tired old "things haven't changed" BS? Hardliner chest thumpers, what say you?

There is more leadership coming out of St. George than there is out of Herndon.......

I have to give Charlie Tutt an atta boy on this one for sure! Now if they would just Charlie take care of a few more things like, negotiations?

Charlie, Thank you sir!

I left ASA two years ago now, but I am glad that the "scheduling ape" Willie finally got canned. What a POS!

LMAO! Didin't take you long to inject your anti-ALPA camapign, eh JB?

One of the most accurate statements I have ever heard from one of our managment was from C. Tutt. He said after he got here and realized how poorly things were being run, that the pilots are what keep ASA from falling apart. If we ever decided to throw our hands up and stop that ASA would go down in flames.

Finally, we have people that don't accept the piss poor attitudes and thinking of the likes of Willie. Geting people that get things done and aren't stuck in the way things have always been done.

I gotta say it looks like SKYW is cleaning house. Sorry Union guys ALPA is slowly beating out management to return to the top of my People I hate more list. Hope management puts out another memo so I can keep my firm strike support for another week.

Man, you are too unstable, you should seek professional help!

Joe Merch (JB),

You are correct in that it seems that SGU is making a lot of good changes in the GO. They still have yet to address our contract with any seriousness. Just because they throw folks like Goat Boy, and Flick Trickletoe out doesn't mean "it's all good." 8-10% cut across the board for the CR7 is unacceptable. Limited access to scheduling data is unacceptable. No limits on back-side of the clock flying is unacceptable. No perdiem increase since 2000 is unacceptable. I think barely leaving the state of Georgia in the "plastic french made school bus" has seriously f-ed you up in the head.

Of course they are all good moves. And of course SKYW gets credit for making those moves. Now tell me what direct effect that has had on yours or my life? Are they still violating the current contract? Yep. Are they seriously talking on the next contract? Nope. Less waiting for parking? Nope. Better On time performance? Nope.
