I wanted to ask about different companies who use contract pilots for the Gulfstreams.
Such as how often you fly, pay and how you get to the clients.

Contract pilots fly as much or as little as they want. Pay varies but top dollar on a GV and G550 is from about 1200 to 1800 a day. A G4 may be a little less---say 900-1200. I am just estimating but am probably close. You get to clients by networking, and having a good reputation. You do need to know people. You do that by flying G's for years and meeting and making friends. I hope that helps answer your questions.

I have a good buddy of mine doing G4/G5 contract in the Northeast. His current rate is $1200-1400 depending upon the client, the seat and intl vs dom.

He has built up his clients through word of mouth.
