FX3 Insurance PIREPs

So I currently have my 2016 Carbon Cub SS insured with Avemco for $220k hull. I just called them to see if they would insure my FX3 that I just ordered and was told they have a $200k hull limit on experimentals. So that is obviously not going to work.

So FX3 owners - do you mind sharing who your insurance company is and/or your broker? Would also like to get an idea if folks are willing to share what they are actually paying for insurance if you are willing to share.

For my SS, my premium is $4,070 on $220k, or 1.85% of hull.

I suggest ask your CC dealer for recommendations. They know who to use for CubCrafters. I use Ladd Gardner aviation insurance as my broker. It's the worst part of this deal, insurance. My first year IIRC was 7500, I'm down to around 5300 now with 400K hull value.
