Bombardier Aerospace announced today that Tempe, Arizona-based US Airways has signed a contract to acquire 40 Q400 turboprop airliners.

Y'all should see the cute pic of a 400 in the new livery on the ramp in Toronto. Exceptionally well done- the giveaways are the gray stripes on the arse and the paint on the strakes looks odd.

Breaking News on FOX!! Steve F is announcing that PDT ill be the new Launch customer for the next generation jetstream. Also that there will be an investigation into which PDT pilot sent shares of Bombardier through the roof this morning re: Airways purchase of new Q-400.

When asked by one reporter if this were true, Steve F said " I wish it were true, but we can barely afford the ones we have."
