Good to hear Airnet isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. I just put in my app today. Living entirely on the road with no set schedule is getting old.

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not , but I read on here somewhere that the RIC run was gone (for AIRNET). Is that true? If not, how senior a run is it and would it be possible to bid as an SIC? I know I have the cart way in front of the horse; however, I was thinking of sending in a resume in the next few months and just trying to get a little intel. Thanks for your time and help.

Not sure if the run is still there. It is kind of irrelivent. All the SIC's are either out of LCK or BHM. There might be a few exceptions, but they try to keep them in citys that have a lot of different runs. RIC had only the one (could be wrong about that but I doubt it).
Also dont worry about sending a resume. If you have atleast 500hrs then fill out the online app, and follow up with a phone call a day or so later.
Good Luck!!

There are still two prop runs in Richmond. One guy is getting towards the middle to top as far as prop seniority, and the other one just got there a few months ago. There were three runs, but one closed at the end of last summer.

Also, SIC's are not only out of LCK and BHM. I had several SICs on my Indy run, and recently there have been SICs in Cincinatti, Nashville, Teterboro, Bradley, and St. Louis. Anywhere there is a high time Baron run, for the most part.

I am currently in training at AirNet and recently the CEO came and hung out with us for a bit and some of the stuff we all talked about was the buy-out that didn't happen, the end of the check hauling business, and the changes that are on the horizon

That's funny, I have been here for a year now and still haven't heard much regarding our position as a company. As said before, we would love to hear more from our "CEO" about some future plans. Communication goes a long way Biggelsworth.....
