ME- evening guys, should be mostly smooth flight all the way to baltimore, maybe some lght chop near stl. let me know if you need anything.
FLIGHT- hey thanks, how about 2 coffees cream and sugar.

FLIGHT- (45 mins. later) hey, since we are running 2 hours late, can you call my gf 757-xxx-xxxx and tell her happy birthday from me. she'll think it's cool

Classic. I hate the "Can you call my (mom/dad/girlfriend/best friend)?" requests. I actually called a guy's mom once...he had a 3 hr sit in ORD and forgot to tell mom he was going to be home for a few hours.

I called her..."Hi, this is Walter at XXX Dispatch"...followed by the most awkward silence. She replies "Is he OK?". I started laughing so hard and told her what he had asked me to pass on...but that silence was golden.
