Frontier Silver Bullets?

Hi all, I just wanted to drop a quick line and ask if anyone has heard about how many reccomendations are competitive to get an interview at Frontier? I have only one, and my buddy has told me to expect a call anytime, but he has been telling me that since April. I have talked to a couple of friends, and they have four or five and are still waiting. Does anyone know if this matters? Or are other factors in play besides just reccomendations? Thanks!!

Last time I talked with one of the interviewers, he stated that our hiring for fiscal year 2006 (april/06-april-07) was 140. we have about 2500-3000 apps on file, with about 220 with silver bullets. so......even if you have a silver bullet you might not get the call. But it's sure gonna help! Hang in there though...this place is worth the wait.
