Anyone heard how many they are talking about hiring this year? How long interviews are going to go on? Thanks

I heard from a Frontier FO that they wanted 2 classes of 7 each month for the forseeable future.

And I heard . . .

they are having a class a month through the end of the year. Starting April 12, and told by a friend to expect 70-80 below me on the sen list.

The man said.......

120 starting in jan for this year, interviewing 3 days per week, about 40-50% sucess rate......straight from Jim Winders, THE man who will choose and be the main yes or no man on the interview team....

Thanks alot, for the info. That's good news for many. Think there is any chance for a guy with no degree just 2 years of college and doesn't know anyone there for a recommendation? Mostly hvy jet non-sched time. I've jumped on them alot and it sure looks like it would be a great place to work. I did do the online app about a week ago. If any advice please pm me anytime..

Keep pluggin

Seems a LOR isn't as important as it used to be (or at least was stressed to me).

If you have the experience you should get the call, and if you have the personality, you should get the job.

I don't believe a 2 year degree is a buster, but then if I knew everything I would be doing something else.

Anyway, good luck. It seems people get the call 4-6 weeks after doing the online app.

Thanks Jetsi. It's obvious they are after good people with a good attitude. I can see why they hired you. Good luck and congratulations...Hope to talk to you again sometime.

Wow

Jet Raven,

You are the bearer of great news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The info on what to expect in training is what I have been looking for. I have to figure out when I am going to be moving during this ordeal.

The 150 to 200 more pilots, is that from now or the total for 2004?

And not that it matters, but I thought they said the training contract was not prorated.

Anyway, thanks for the information.

Jetsi
