Greetings,

Here is the Staffing Update straight from our October bid package.

"Due to the company's budget, industry trends, and hourly pay L.O.A. (Letter Of Agreement), the company has postponed the September new hire classes. Earliest estimates for new hires are between 50-75 for the Oct.-Nov. time frame. All estimates are subject to change due to the fluctuations in the marketing plans."

I hope that helps all the poolies out there, along with others who are interested in joining me at Frontier.

How critical is it to have LOR? I have applied to Frontier but not a lot of contacts in the airline industry due to helo background. Any ideas for a jarhead? Any help is appreciated!

I got called without one as have a few others...I heard they used to like the marines, but the drooling and peeing on the carpet and stuff has led them to limit the number of jarheads they bring on board as their cleaning costs were beginning to impact the bottom line...good luck!

I'll be a diaper dandy

I'll just have to wear a bib and my depends undergarments beneath my sansa-belt slacks to reduce the janitorial costs.... Any feedback on interview process?

I interviewed on 8/16, took about 2.5 weeks to get the good news via mail. Aviation interviews has all the info you need (also some info here if you you dig through the search). When you get an interview I recommend you call Lori Clark for some prep.
