Mins are 2500tt and 500me I believe. Competitive mins are 5000tt, some jet, and 121 time. That having been said I know we have hired corporate types and some turboprop commuter guys.

I think we are trying to hire pilots from a variety of backgrounds so as not to have the atavistic propensity of some Les-er airlines.
