Somebody tell me what is the difference between Freedom Airlines, created by JO and Potomac airlines created by USAirways, UMEC and ALPA? I'd really like to know.

Agree that both are alter ego airlines. Please tell me because I do not much about ( former ) Potomac Airlines: Potomac was also based on ununionized pilots. Did ALPA approve it?
