this is a major reason why regional pilots are going to have a hard time getting the interview.....its not discrimination, its buinsness, and most younger 121 regional guys want nothing to do with work and think they are owed a pay check. ......just how ive seen it working at both regional and business aviation......it is what it is gents.
im am sure there are exceptions either way
I disagree completely, we are looking for good overall people young and old. I am 28 and am one of about 14 hired from my former regional since October all are under the age of 35. (personally I'm 3 for 3 on letters of rec. being hired:beer: )
