I would have never tried to ride a cockpit seat as a non-member. In any case as a non member I never got stuck with your bar bill.:)

I have tried to treat everyone with respect, both members and non-members, with the idea that being a gentleman and quietly making my case means more than an angry rant. I'm not saying my approach is correct, but just that it works for me.

If this is true--Fox Hunter--I salute your decision and committment. A four year FO's approval probably means *&^* to you, but I am none the less excited to have you back. The very fact you are willing to walk with the crowd hopefully means none of us will have to walk at all.

A question-

How can you join and then get off the list and then join again?

By this i'm meaning the union. I'm sure there is quite a story here. Did his on again off again relationship wth paying dues and enjoying the benefits of the hard work from everyone else coincide with the different unions that fedex has had?

Diesel,

This was a family squabble. Its over. Its been made right. Like the wayward son now back at the dinner table, there is no need to hash out what he did or didn't do while away from the family.

We like to keep our family business within the "family". I hope you'll understand. You can also be sure that the dues repayment check written was larger than my total dues paid since I was hired.

Now--let's get back to talking about football and mom's great cooking.

so this statment is wrong from another thread?

Unclear. As of today his name is no longer on the non-member list. HOWEVER, it is on the "non-members on dues checkoff" list.

SO, it would appear that he did not pony up the full amount of back dues that he owed. Or maybe he just put himself on dues checkoff without paying any back dues.

by the way the size was from the copy i didn't increase the size.

I always type that size font. Makes it easier for me to read my own erudite prose. :)

FOXHUNTER has never been afraid to state his opinion. He says he's on board to help all of us get a new, improved contract. I'll watch his back.

FR8
