More power to you if you can get a job flying jets w/ low time and bring the industry payscales down w/ you. However, for those of us that decided to go the freight route (slum cargo reprobates as you may call it), it not only pays MORE the first year than the regionals, it makes you an outstanding pilot if you don't kill yourself.

Flying cargo is a great way to bypass the regionals Cargobasher a.k.a. STRAIGHTWING! It's also an incredible way to help get yourself hired at a really good corporate outfit where your first year pay in a jet is 35K low end and up! Most of us corporate charter guys will hire ex-freight Captains before we'll touch regional FO's without that particular experience. It goes hand in hand.

And Straightwing, get a clue or get out of this business. An attitude like your will get you nowhere in any part of aviation.
