Forgot how to read winds aloft above 100 knots

First two digits is direction of wind (True) in tens of degrees (32 is 320 degrees)
Second 2 digits is velocity of winds in knots
Last 2 digits is Temperature

If first digit is 5,6,7,or 8 (instead of 0, 1, 2, or 3) subtract 5 (to achieve 0, 1, 2, or 3) and 100 knots to wind velocity

30,000 feet and above temps are assumed to be negative, so drop the minus sign

BUF winds at 30,000 : 821248 Winds 320 @ 112 kts, temp -48
